Petrovouni & Exochori:<\/strong> It is worth visiting Exochori with its unique view of the Viros Gorge and Proastio, the Byzantine church of Agioi Theodoroi.<\/p>

As you make your way towards Saidona, you will encounter the Kitriniaris Tower, a magnificent representation of Maniot architecture, alongside the monasteries of Vaidenitsa and Samuel.<\/p>

Karyovouni and Milia are beautiful places for 4×4 excursions, while the dirt road leading to Panagia Giatrissa, which celebrates on 8 September, when a festival is held, starts from here.<\/p>

Zarnata and Kelefa Castles<\/strong><\/p>

Zarnata is located above Kardamyli and Kelefa near Areopoli. These are large, well-preserved castles that once dominated the land and sea, safeguarding against enemies and pirates.<\/p>
